We are available by telephone during work hours for any queries and questions you may have, these are Monday - Friday 10:00am to 18:00pm. You can also contact us via email and by using the siso Customer Support Portal which is available any time to submit requests and log any issue you may have.

If you are having trouble finding the correct page to log into your service or if you are having trouble logging into your institutions smarthub site, please get in touch with your system administrator or IT service. If you are an administrator and cannot login to the siso Customer Support Portal then click on the forgotten password tab and follow the instructions. If you do not have an account with us then please register with us.

The cost charged includes access to your service, unlimited assets, rooms and users. Server set-up, support, system upgrades and customisation, along with any off-site training i.e. over the web or phone is also included in the package. On-site training will be quoted for on request. Please contact us for a system quotation, volume discounts are also available.

Siso is fully GDPR compliant and all our staff have up to the minute training. Siso also uses accredited secure European data hosting. Our compliance and security statements are available on request. All sites run through SSL encryption to ensure the data is safe from external threat.

Your siso service can be hosted internally on your existing infrastructure, we will install and maintain this for you. Your service can also be hosted externally on our Co-located servers if you prefer. Whether you choose to host internally or externally the monthly charge for your siso service remains the same.

The siso service websites are fully responsive allowing them to be used simply on most devices. Menu items may move from device to device, please let us know if you need help navigating.

Our systems have all the tools to make importing your data a smooth and easy process. We can provide you with our importation spreadsheet or can accept your data virtually in any digital format.

We are very flexible with regards to connecting to third-party tools and data sources where available. All our systems have an integrated registration process available. Alternatively, user data can be imported from any sources open to us. Authentication can be established by a secure LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) and CAS (central authentication Service) connection so users can login using their Active Directory credentials. We also support and connect to SAML (single sign on).

Reporting is one of the largest features of the siso systems. Every page allows the ability to filter and export data. If there is a bespoke report you require we will create the report for you as part of the service. We have many graphical reports already available. All the siso systems have advanced features to make equipment and data auditing easy. It is possible to track inventory on the go (leave and come back to a stock take over a period of weeks) and keep a detailed history of transactions on the system (GDPR compliant).

Yes, all siso systems can be connected to most major payment gateways (Paypal, Sagepay, etc) to control payments of rents, consumables, workshops, fees, fines etc.

Yes, from scanning devices such as Android Denso and CipherLab (as well as most USB barcode scanners, even RFID devices can be integrated into Smarthub), to labelling machines such as Brother P-touch and Dymo printers, from PAT testers to Wacom signature pads, most workflow hardware can be integrated.
