Launch of our Client Support Portal - Q&A Forum

We're please to announce the launch of our new client led Q&A Forum

To make it easier to gain information and to promote our ethos of community led software, we are pleased to announce the launch of our Q&A Forum within the Client Support Portal.

For our clients who haven't already logged into the Portal, please click here or click on the 'Support' link at the top right of this site and register, this will get you into the CRM (an audit-able support and suggestion service for use if you have specific enquiries about your system), the help pages (an updated and extended version is coming soon, watch this space!) and the Q&A Forum.

N.B. If you have already registered for the Portal and the older version of the CRM, please email us to be registered on the new Q&A Forum - here.

The Forum works very simply by user led questions and answers. Each answer can be voted on, which promotes it further up the feed. When the author of the question has their best answer, they can accept the entry as the answer.

We hope that not only this will give clients important tips and guides on how the systems work, but also provide a really useful network of information about how different systems can be configured to solve specific problems found in the various Institutions and companies we serve.
