How easy is it to set up a new system and upload my data?
Thanks to our data importer tool and dedicated account managers, our asset management system facilitates a stress-free set-up process. Assets, users, courses, and more can be uploaded using our pre-made templates, allowing a rapid transition from installation to the system being ready to go.
Will my data be secure?
Our top priority is the protection of our client data. We are ISO027001 and 9001 accredited and are Cyber Essentials Plus certified. Our data is stored within the EU, and we regularly conduct rigorous systems testing to ensure we are up to date on the latest security measures.

Do you have a mobile app?
Yes. Smarthub is available on mobile devices through a Progressive Web App (PWA). This gives users a fast, app-like experience without needing to install a traditional app. PWAs are easy to access, update automatically, work across devices, and take up less storage, making them a simple and efficient option for mobile use.
Can I pull in data from third party systems?
We offer many third-party integrations ranging from timetabling software to locker systems. New integrations are always considered if we aren’t currently using them. You can see a full list of our integrations here.
Is there a cap on the number of users?

Am I able to use single sign on (SSO)?
Yes, our system supports a wide variety of SSO providers, so there is no need to create a plethora of new login credentials. Simply use the ones that matter to you. You can find out which SSO vendors we support here.
