Paving the Way for a Sustainable Future

As environmental awareness grows, we’re excited to announce our commitment to ISO 14001, the international standard for environmental management systems (EMS). This initiative reflects our passion for enhancing our environmental performance and fostering sustainability in our operations.

By adopting ISO 14001, we’ll systematically address our environmental impacts, focusing on energy use, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing. Our goal is to minimise our ecological footprint through meaningful actions.

We’re proud to support the Dorset Wildlife Trust, which is making incredible strides in conservation. They recently acquired Lyscombe, a 335-hectare site northeast of Dorchester, marking their largest acquisition ever. This land offers a unique opportunity to restore nature at a landscape scale.

The Trust is also working on species recovery, improving habitats for threatened species like the ladybird spider and great crested newt. Their “Making Space for Nature in Dorset” initiative has received significant funding to enhance wildlife across 18 nature reserves.

ISO 14001 emphasises continuous improvement, and we’re committed to regularly assessing our performance and adapting our goals. We invite you to join us on this journey towards a sustainable future. Together, we can make a meaningful difference, one step at a time, while supporting vital initiatives like those of the Dorset Wildlife Trust.
