These multi agent platforms offer dynamic flows between our systems and a multitude of third party services and products.  Recently we have created a connection via Seam for a major client to automate and control door locking systems. These integrations enable facility access to be controlled with equipment or room bookings, creating a secure and automated environment with minimal administrative overhead.

Our own native API allows institutions to integrate directly with our system’s core functions, such as booking management, user account services, and timetabling. This empowers clients to sync Smarthub and Smartlab with internal systems or third-party tools, ensuring consistency across platforms and supporting tailored workflows.

Beyond APIs, we offer a wide range of integrations to suit varied operational needs. These include smart lockers for key and equipment management, supporting secure, automated handovers. We also integrate with leading Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for streamlined user access, and popular calendar services like Microsoft Office 365 and Google Calendar to sync bookings with personal schedules. For financial transactions, we support major payment gateways including PayPal, Opayo, and WPM. Additionally, integrations with platforms like Airtable allow clients to bridge Smarthub with project or data management systems.
