Increasing Siso investment in new technology support for our customers.

Customer satisfaction has always been paramount for Siso, responding to 99% of issues raised in 2020 within 1 day through our UK based support centre. To strengthen further our ability to assist we have invested in new technology to support our customers and this will allow us to:

  • Offer a more comprehensive Knowledge Hub
  • Better understanding of issues to be able to solve the root cause
  • Faster response times
  • More channels to communicate – web chat
  • Creation of expert webinar training sessions
